Randstad, in partnership with a leading national bank, is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join their Consumer Credit Card Servicing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our valued credit card customers, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls (75-100 calls per day): Efficiently manage a high volume of calls, addressing a variety of customer inquiries related to consumer credit cards.
• Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide accurate and timely information regarding payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction reviews, digital options, and balance transfers.
• Independent Case Research: Thoroughly research and resolve customer issues independently, utilizing available resources and systems.
• Account Management: Review customer credit card profiles, payment histories, and account details to provide comprehensive assistance and explanations of balances.
• System Navigation: Proficiently navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously, including toolbars and desktop organization.
