Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review client invoices for accuracy
- Manage and process eBilling submissions
- Address client inquiries and maintain comprehensive billing records
- Prepare detailed reports for clients and management
- Perform other billing-related duties as assigned
- Experience: 2-5 years of e-billing experience, with a strong emphasis on eBilling (law firm experience preferred)
- Proficiency in multiple software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and billing platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
