We have a client looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is heavily focused on journal entries, vendor invoice reviews, revenue and expense accruals, amortizations, depreciations, credit card approvals, travel expenses, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and account classifications and be able to work independently to meet deadlines. This position has the potential to grow into a Senior Accounting role based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Journal Entries & General Ledger Management – Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time.
• Vendor Invoice Review & AP Support – Ensure invoices are correctly classified and processed efficiently.
• Accruals & Amortizations – Manage revenue and expense accruals, amortizations, and depreciations for accurate financial reporting.
• Credit Card & Expense Management – Approve and reconcile corporate credit card transactions, including travel and business expenses.
• Bank & Balance Sheet Reconciliations – Perform bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• ERP Systems & Reporting – Utilize NetSuite, Procore, and Concur for transaction processing and reporting.
• Process Ownership & Accountability – Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
