salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the accounting for all financial transactions are done accurately and properly for several business entities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts including cash, receivables, prepaid, liabilities, debt and CAM  
• Ensure project costs are capitalized or expensed properly
• Prepare and analyze variance to budget reports, financial statements and cash flows. 
• Reconcile fixed asset and WIP accounts for various projects
• Ensure all development entries are posted monthly including accruals
• Ensure job costs are reconciled to the G/L, coded properly and assigned to the correct project
• Work with project managers to update job cost forecasts including estimates for completion and cash outlays 
• Expeience with US GAAP reporting required
• Knowledge of NetSuite, Sage, or Yardi preferred
• MBA or CPA a plus!!!
