Responsibilities
- Ensure that the accounting for all financial transactions are done accurately and properly for several business entities
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts including cash, receivables, prepaid, liabilities, debt and CAM
- Ensure project costs are capitalized or expensed properly
- Prepare and analyze variance to budget reports, financial statements and cash flows.
- Reconcile fixed asset and WIP accounts for various projects
- Ensure all development entries are posted monthly including accruals
- Ensure job costs are reconciled to the G/L, coded properly and assigned to the correct project
- Work with project managers to update job cost forecasts including estimates for completion and cash outlays
- Expeience with US GAAP reporting required
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Sage, or Yardi preferred
- MBA or CPA a plus!!!
