Job Title: Licensed Health Insurance Agent – Call Center
Location: Remote & Onsite Options Available
Job Type: Full-Time Temp to Perm Opportunity
Salary: $20.00-$24.00/hr. depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with health insurance enrollment and inquiries.
- Educate clients on various health insurance plans, coverage options, and benefits.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plans based on eligibility and budget.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding health insurance sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.
- Active Health Insurance License.
- 2025 AHIP Certification
- Previous experience in a call center, sales, or health insurance environment preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and insurance sales platforms.
