- Independently process account transactions (such as redemptions, maintenance, and plan establishment).
- Conduct limited outbound calls to sponsors, third-party administrators, or advisors to clarify written requests.
- Perform quality reviews of transaction processing to ensure accuracy.
- Gather and assess information efficiently and effectively.
- Read, interpret, and act on instructions provided by investors and financial advisors with a high degree of accuracy.
- Create clear and concise written notes to document work performed when necessary.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate sound judgment in resolving moderate complexity matters.
- High learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new concepts, procedures, and processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Windows-based computer systems, including basic Microsoft Excel, web browser-based tools, and troubleshooting.
- Reliable and consistent accuracy and detail orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex inquiries and requests.
- Previous customer service experience required; experience in the retirement industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working in a financial institution office or professional environment for 3+ years.
- Must be willing to work 100% in the office with no option for remote work.
- Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes and work additional hours if needed.
- Ability to take on additional tasks as needed.
- Punctuality, dependability, and the ability to respond well to feedback.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and ethical standards.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally.
