- Key Hiring Requirements:
- Able to handle 50-80 calls/day, live transfers, Medicare discussions.
- Familiar with CRM system (any)
- between multiple screens and speak to customers simultaneously.
- Candidates must be 2025 certified with a valid release letter.
- Experience: At least 2 years of AEP enrollment experience.
- Current active Health Insurance License
- 2025 AHIP (America's Health Insurance Plans) certification
- Technology Skills: Agents must be computer-savvy, able to multitask while speaking with customers.
- Equipment: Web cam, headset, at least two monitors.
