Responsibilities
- Manage the Brand Stewardship Program including onboarding and communication to the internal community of ~350 Brand Stewards who are an extension of the enterprise brand team who help promote overall brand cohesion within their respective marketing areas.
- Review manual end-to-end processes to determine where we can simplify and create efficiencies with managing the Brand Steward program
- Develop strategies and tactics to drive greater engagement and advocacy among the brand steward community for our newly developed brand strategy and visual identity
