We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Construction Project Manager to support our client's project management team in ensuring the seamless execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating project logistics, managing materials, and maintaining project documentation to keep operations running efficiently.  

salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  
  
• Assist the Project Manager in tracking and organizing client material selections, maintaining up-to-date logs.
  
  
• Monitor outstanding material selections and report any pending items required to complete projects as per contract scope.
  
  
• Maintain digital job folders and project databases, ensuring accurate documentation of vendor quotes, specifications, plans, surveys, and subcontractor agreements.
  
  
• Support the Project Manager in managing Buildertrend software, updating schedules, and compiling monthly project review reports for internal teams.
  
  
• Facilitate procurement processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for assigned projects.
  
  
• Provide subcontractors with approved material specifications to ensure proper execution of their scope of work.
  
  
• Coordinate with vendors to place material orders based on approved selections and manage the tracking of estimated arrival times.
