- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
- Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Purchase components and materials as required via MRP/ERP system.
- Purchase miscellaneous shop and production supplies based on requisitions.
- Negotiate pricing and source the best suppliers for optimal cost and quality.
- Generate purchase orders in the system.
- Initiate and maintain effective and professional relationships with suppliers.
- Track order status, follow up, and expedite as needed.
- Contact suppliers to resolve any issues with shipments or materials.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to address any quality issues with purchased materials.
- Generate debit memos and/or material transfer forms when required.
- Initiate forms to qualify or disqualify suppliers.
- Work with Accounting to clarify and resolve any issues related to receipts and credits.
