Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule screenings and interviews (phone, video, and in-person) with candidates, while managing complex calendars and time zones.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview logistics.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Greet and escort candidates during on-site interviews, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Assist with providing timely and accurate updates to candidates regarding the status of their application.
- Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Post job openings on various job boards.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment files and documentation.
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Support recruitment events, such as on-site hiring events and career fair initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining recruitment data and metrics as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
