Responsibilities

Seeking for a Receptionist/Scheduler who will manage the reception area, monitoring parking lot and enforcing security rules, conducting CCTV investigations and provides administrative support to the operations and HR teams.

• Ability to greet agency employees assignment starts, employees/temps returning from absences, contractors and visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing appropriately and iin complaince with security rules
• Maintains employees/agency log up to date, adding new staffing agency emplyees and assignment terminations/reason for performance concerns
• Ability to keep all up to date emergency plans
• Issues ID badges and assigns acess in security system
• Conducts CCTV investigations involving parking lot incidents when requested by HR teams
• Keep the reception clean and safe and maintains conferences room schedules and posts daily
• Ability to work in a food manufacturing with a company with a headcount over 100 employees.
• Monitor vehicle violations and assist employees with blocked cars.
• Ability to speak the employees in Spanish
• Proficient with MS suite and is tech savvy.
