Responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator, Job duties include:
- Perform administrative accounting functions, such as processing billings, payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger entry preparation.
- Reconcile financial records and manage petty cash duties.
- Maintain organized filing and administrative records to ensure efficient access to necessary documents.
- Perform routine clerical duties including answering telephones, filing, faxing, and photocopying.
- Code invoices, ensure proper documentation is attached, and submit for signature approval, forwarding to the processing center for payment.
- Interact with customers, salespeople, vendors, and other external partners as needed.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits, prepare detailed reports and logs, and update related files accordingly.
- 1 + years of experience working as an Office Coordinator in a corporarte orginization.
- Demonstarted organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
