Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead the growth of our electro-optics product line in the US, focusing on OEM manufacturers in the defense market, particularly UAV manufacturers, vehicle system providers, and machine gun manufacturers.
- Customer Engagement: Build long-term partnerships with key OEM customers by conducting presentations, enabling customer demonstrations, and executing complex technical sales discussions.
- Market Strategy: Leverage our competitive advantages, such as high-performance thermal camera modules, to differentiate our products in a competitive, price-sensitive market.
- Product Customization: Work closely with engineering teams to provide tailored solutions, offering standardized modifications to meet customer-specific needs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with technical support and marketing teams based in the US and Europe to ensure a smooth sales process and product integration.
