Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and product information
- Manage order entry, updates, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
- Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure accurate communication and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM or ERP systems
- Provide technical support related to product specifications, quotes, and lead times
