We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Rochester, MI. This role is perfect for a driven, detail oriented professional looking to make an impact in a rapidly expanding business. THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE.

The Customer Operations Specialist will run the daily Customer Service, inventory management and logistics activities of the business.



salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from entry to invoicing
• Coordinate shipments and work with freight partners
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders with our Italian manufacturing site
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics and service issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role
• B2B customer service experience is required
• Organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
