Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Must have experience in the printing industry (digital, offset, or large-format preferred).
Lead and mentor a team of 40-60 employees, including supervisors and production staff.
Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
Ensure on-time delivery of client projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, and logistics) to meet business goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Train, coach, and develop team members for long-term success.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in the printing industry (digital, offset, or large-format preferred).
5+ years of operations or production management experience.
strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (40-60 employees).
Hands-on management style – willing to be involved in daily operations.
Experience implementing lean manufacturing or process improvement strategies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
