A leading manufacturing company in Sanford, FL is seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Manager to lead day-to-day customer operations and support internal sales, inventory, and purchasing functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in order management, quoting, and inventory coordination, along with a solid understanding of bills of materials and purchase orders.

salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order receiving process, including accurate data entry, tracking, and fulfillment
  
  
• Provide quotes and pricing coordination in collaboration with the sales team and production departments
  
  
• Support the sales team with timely updates on inventory, order status, and lead times
  
  
• Interpret and work with bills of materials (BOMs) and ensure accuracy in related documents
  
  
• Handle purchase orders, vendor coordination, and follow-up for inbound materials
  
  
• Ensure optimal inventory control, working closely with warehouse and supply chain teams
  
  
• Supervise or mentor customer service staff (if applicable), fostering a customer-first mindset
  
  
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service or order management role (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
  
  
• strong understanding of BOMs, POs, quoting, and inventory systems
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple teams under tight deadlines
  
  
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
