We are seeking a dynamic Coordinator - Proj/Prog to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. This is a 12-month temporary position with the potential for future opportunities. In this role, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a dedicated team. As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of communication and documentation.

JOB ENVIRONMENT: Work is constantly performed in an office environment. Currently the position is remote, adequate home work area required, otherwise will be required to work in the Rancho Cordova facility.

salary: $26 - $28 per hour

Responsibilities

OB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Track project progress and ensure stakeholders are aware of deadlines so that projects are completed within established schedules.
2. Establish and maintain engagement across teams to ensure project goals are met.
3. Ensures that all project correspondence meets MAXIMUS standards including proper use of words, spelling of words, and punctuation.
4. Prepare work summary read outs, and status reports.
5. Track and document lessons learned.
6. Collaborate with internal team to identify project requirements, risks and opportunities for improvement.
7. Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in addressing challenges.
8. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline project coordination and enhance efficiency including defining systems changes to support the processes.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities including meeting minutes, action items and project plans.
10. Maintains updated knowledge of contract compliance provisions for the project and department and meets
requirements of the job position.
11. Follows policies and procedures without deviation.
12. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
