Responsibilities

 Code & process contract progress payments, retention billings, utility billings, and
miscellaneous invoices for review and approval. Reconcile and research contract accounts
for final payment settlement. Work closely with NAPA to track payment status and/or
resolve non-payment issues for vendors.
 Develop contract exhibits and addendum entries in the accounting system based on
direction from project managers.
 Manage performance bond tracking. Work with project managers, civil engineers and the
appropriate jurisdictions to track all outstanding bonds and work with jurisdictions and
contractors to manage the timely exoneration of bonds.
 Perform aspects of contracting tasks including contract template entry, contract drafting,
updating contract/bid trackers, ensuring that signed contracts are received back and in file,
sending out bid award letters, and addendum management.
 Manage new vendor set-up, and ensure vendors are enrolled in organization's wrap insurance policy.
Work closely with the NAPA/ Risk Management to trouble-shoot all vendor setup issues,
wrap insurance renewal issues, master agreement issues etc.
 Maintain and ensure project filing system is up to date with all required documents,
contracts, invoices, payment spreadsheets, acceptance letters, and miscellaneous reports.
 Assist is pursuit and acquisition of Project stormwater permits (WDID).
