Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, interviews, hiring decisions, and the onboarding process.
- Resolve Team Member grievances, disciplinary issues, or claims of harassment.
- Assist in coordinating HR projects, including company events.
- Provide customer service by answering employee inquiries and requests.
- Manage benefits enrollment for new employees.
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Support HR Management with research projects and special assignments.
- Organize and maintain employee files by filing papers and documents.
- Prepare new employee files.
- Explain and implement company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
- Process, verify, and maintain documentation related to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
- Record and maintain data on employees, including addresses, earnings, absences, sales or production figures, performance reports, and termination details.
- Respond to inquiries regarding exams, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other relevant information.
- Review employee files to provide information for personnel actions and answer queries.
- Gather information from law enforcement, previous employers, and other references to assess applicants' eligibility for employment.
- Advertise or post job vacancies and notify eligible workers of available positions.
