Responsibilities
- Able to work within a team as a positive team player.
- Maintain high level of organization, and timely data entry daily
- Able to note each file with various charges, and cross reference the expense with case expenses
- Maintain a high level of service to clients
- Previous Accounting experience of 2 years minimum, with bill- pay, receivables/credits, and QuickBooks experience
- Ability to problem solve, maintain high professional standards working with both management and ownership
- Experience working with both individual accounts and operating accounts is preferred
- Always maintain a high level of privacy for clients and the firm
- Maintain the daily/monthly bill pay systems proactively and on time
- Keep all 1099 information up to date throughout the year maintaining a running list of accounts
- Experience within an organization of printing, and mailing checks and packages with very close detail to ensure highest level of accuracy
- Able to maintain a tight adherence to company policy and systems that are established and able to contribute to both forecasting future business needs and creating systems when needed within the accounting department.
