Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to support seed testing processes.
- Assist with seed dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, and grinding tasks.
- Prepare reagents and conduct basic lab functions following established protocols.
- Inspect raw materials, manage supplies, and ensure accurate data collection.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment under supervision.
- Education: Associate degree in a scientific field is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. and stand for extended periods (4-6 hours).
- Attention to Detail: Comfort with repetitive lab tasks requiring precision and accuracy.
- Team Player: Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environments is preferred.
- Lab Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory protocols and best practices is a plus.
Shift Options: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (subject to change)
