Responsibilities
As a Redaction Coordinator, job duties include:
- Review cases involving child abuse and neglect, carefully assessing the contents of each case to determine which information must be redacted before release.
- Redact five primary types of sensitive information from case files, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Meet established production goals by efficiently researching and processing cases to release redacted copies to requestors within the required timeframes.
- Consistently meet accuracy requirements, maintaining a current 98% accuracy rate in redaction and case review.
- nsure that all work adheres to strict confidentiality standards and complies with relevant legal and organizational guidelines regarding the handling of sensitive case information.
- 2+ years of experience with case review and document redaction.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in basic office software and case management systems.
