Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, Job duties include:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from businesses with questions about licensing, status of applications, account update requests, missing returns, outstanding liabilities, and other general TPT-related inquiries.
- Review and process license applications, ensuring all information is complete and accurate, and document resolutions appropriately.
- Process business account update requests and ensure that changes are accurately reflected in the system. Document resolutions as required.
- Perform light to medium research on customer inquiries and provide resolutions in writing or via callback. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure complete and accurate responses.
- 2 +yrs of prior call center experience is required. Experience with Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) or related tax systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with basic administrative tasks and documentation.
