Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate vendor quotes, ensuring contract compliance and cost-effectiveness
  
  
• Place and track orders, process invoices, and resolve discrepancies in alignment with organizational guidelines
  
  
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of equipment and service needs
  
  
• Evaluate repair history and cost analysis to recommend repairs or replacements
  
  
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure all required documentation is submitted promptly
  
  
• Educate internal departments and vendors on asset management standards and protocols
  
  
• Support team operations by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
