- Accurate Order Entry: Process customer orders with 100% accuracy, ensuring all details, including product specifications, quantities, labeling, private branding, shipment methods and delivery timelines, are correct.
- Sense of Urgency: Prioritize and manage orders efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution of time-sensitive requests and last-minute changes.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional, concierge-level service to luxury hotel and retail clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving & Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, or special requests, coordinating with internal teams to provide swift solutions.
- Communication & Coordination: Coordinate between customers, the sales team, operations, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our gourmet food products and packaging to confidently assist clients with selections, substitutions, and product recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance order accuracy and efficiency, proactively suggesting improvements to streamline operations.
- Technology: Use existing processes in SAGE and CRM to keep information updated real-time
