Responsibilities
As a HR Delivery Partner, Job duties include:
- Champion a culture of employee advocacy by addressing employee concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring employees feel heard and supported.
- Assist in executing essential HR processes, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Use HR data and analytics to inform strategies and decisions, ensuring initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with business goals.
- Ensure all HR activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a high standard of compliance across operations.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development working in a Pharma or Bioscience Organization.
- Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in using HR analytics tools and software to inform decision-making.
