Responsibilities
Work with clients to complete investment related paperwork; ensuring all required forms are completed fully and
accurately.
-Handle client service related issues within capacity, always exercising appropriate judgment that considers all factors
(authority, significance of request, relationship with client, availability of Advisor, etc.). Immediately contacts the
appropriate advisor of any requests from clients that are of concern.
-Immediately evaluate and respond to client requests in a manner that always places the client’s best interest in the
highest priority.
-Use exceptional customer service skills to build client relationships.
-Assist in effecting transactions at Advisor’s direction, such as placing trades and processing securities orders (licensure
required).
-Provide administrative support, including:
--Submit and follow up on investment related new business and client service issues (new accounts, transfers, deposits, disbursements).
--Track pending business paperwork and follow-up with client, Advisors, or strategic partners as needed and
appropriate.
--Maintain appropriate turnaround time on incoming items (24 hour deposit of incoming checks).
Maintain updated client contact records within CRM and other systems.
--Maintain up-to-date and organized electronic client files, including copies of all signed forms.
