Responsibilities
- Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Participate in recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviews
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed
- Support company culture and employee engagement programs
- Assist with policy updates and implementation
