We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet customer expectations and internal standards, while leading quality initiatives across manufacturing and logistics operations. Responsibilities

• Ensure products and services meet customer requirements and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate quality assurance efforts across manufacturing and logistics, including quality control teams.
• Oversee quality for one or more production sectors.
• Ensure the Process Control Plan is applied effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.
• Conduct root cause analysis of product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Solve quality-related problems and participate in Short Interval Management of production lines.
• Create and maintain quality control documentation.
• Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
• Manage derogations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Serve as the local expert on assembled products within the sector.
• Provide support to Quality Control Technicians, Quality Control Supervisors, and Quality Assurance Technicians.
