Responsibilities

• Build robust financial models and conduct variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  
  
• Evaluate financial performance against key metrics and create clear, insightful summaries to track progress toward business goals.
  
  
• Design and manage global sales incentive programs to drive performance and alignment.
  
  
• Collaborate with leadership to create both short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
  
  
• Lead the development of impactful monthly financial reporting packages.
  
  
• Analyze financial results to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
  
  
• Monitor key performance indicators and develop dashboards to enable efficient, data-driven decision-making.
  
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including sales, operations, and supply chain—to collect and interpret financial data.
  
  
• Work alongside functional leaders to understand their financial needs and deliver targeted analytical support.
  
  
• Champion the effective use of business intelligence tools across the organization.
  
  
• Drive process improvements to increase the efficiency and impact of FP&A operations while eliminating non-value-added activities.
