Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new client intake, existing client management, and final case closure, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle.
- Oversee and enhance client interactions by maintaining a high standard of service and communication between clients and the firm.
- Manage scheduling of consultations and meetings, guide clients through the firm’s onboarding and intake process, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
- Draft, process, and distribute client retainer agreements and other legal documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update client records and correspondence using the firm’s CRM system to ensure data integrity and efficient client tracking.
- Implement and maintain the firm’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and cohesion across all office operations.
- Conduct periodic internal audits of client files and evaluate overall client engagement to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide general administrative support across the firm, including assisting attorneys and team members with case-related tasks and operational needs as required.
