The HR Communications Coordinator in our Distribution Center will play a key role in the orientation and onboarding process for temporary and permanent Spanish-speaking employees. You will be an important asset working closely with the HR team to assist in translating our orientation and onboarding sessions, supporting communication including written and verbal means. Professional attire required, must also follow factory GMP dress code. This work is in refrigerated warehouse and production areas. The schedule is 8am-6:30pm Friday through Monday. Responsibilities
- As an HR Communications Coordinator, your key role will be to help support our employees at our distribution centers during the onboarding process as well as new-hire orientation
- The HR Communications Coordinator will be a connection point between our associates and the HR team, offering translations and supporting communication to our Spanish-speaking population, including written and verbal communication
- Provide support to Managers and Associates on the production floor, ensuring deliverables are being met and expectations are clearly communicated
