Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. (FWS), a subsidiary of the client is looking for skilled automotive professionals to join our growing Mechanical Claims Specialist team in St. Louis, MO. This role lets you apply your technical expertise in a comfortable office environment, evaluating and processing mechanical claims—no more shop floor required! What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of automotive mechanic or related experience
• Understanding of vehicle repair processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and multi-system navigation
• High school diploma or GED (ASE certification a plus
• (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote in St. Louis)
