Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Support operational workflows and provider network engagement across value-based care and ACO models
- Manage provider outreach through e-blasts, faxes, and telephony systems, ensuring timely, effective communication
- Analyze, manipulate, and report on large data sets using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and support decision-making
- Coordinate resolution of provider inquiries related to claims, attributions, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records, update shared drives, and support the development of policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration—or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Minimum of 1 year in healthcare strategy, provider services, or business development
- Experience using Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, MailChimp (preferred)
- Experience managing operational projects of varying scope and complexity
