A leading company in Suffolk County is looking for an experienced and driven Director of Manufacturing Operations to join their team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all production operations, ensuring seamless workflows, high-quality standards, and timely delivery in the manufacturing process. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing. salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review incoming sales orders for production planning.
  
  
• Manage inventory and oversee material planning to ensure smooth production flow.
  
  
• Generate and manage work orders for manufacturing operations.
  
  
• Provide regular updates on production status to management and customers.
  
  
• Streamline process flow and optimize the scheduling of machines for maximum efficiency.
  
  
• Address and resolve any formulation or production issues that arise.
  
  
• Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards in the manufacturing area.
  
  
• Manage preventative maintenance (P/M) for machines and equipment.
  
  
• Oversee the coordination of machines, materials, and manufacturing operations.
