Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing proposals and presentation materials using existing templates, and develop new templates based on team input and feedback
- Perform data entry and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Conduct research and analysis on sales and rent comparables to support valuation and marketing efforts
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the team’s visibility and position as industry experts
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including market research and competitive analysis
- Review financial statements and operating data, providing insights and feedback to support decision-making
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming requests related to property information
- Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date property and client information
- Maintain an organized document management system for marketing materials and due diligence files, accessible to all transaction stakeholders
- Coordinate all aspects of deal closings and post-closing activities, including press releases and client appreciation efforts
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database of property owners and assets
- Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned
