Randstad is partnered with a leading manufacturing company that is expanding their sales team. Join their team as an Inside Sales Representative, where you'll be the primary point of contact for their valued distribution partners. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales success by providing exceptional support, managing quotes, and fostering strong relationships. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding targets. This role requires successful completion of a background check and a drug screen.

salary: $25 - $27 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for distribution partners, addressing inquiries related to pricing, registrations, shipments, and lead processing.
• Assist distribution partners in achieving sales targets by efficiently managing sales inquiries.
• Generate accurate and timely quotes, and diligently follow up to facilitate order processing.
• Review and scrutinize project registrations, collaborating with the Sales Team as needed.
• Support the Sales Team on new projects by providing budgetary pricing, evaluation boards, and other necessary resources.
• Work closely with the Lead Team to monitor lead conversion progress.
• Proactively review and manage a dynamic list of non-assigned accounts, working directly with distributors and customers to increase project conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead qualifications and project progress in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with distribution partners or customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a strong problem-solver with a focus on driving profitability.
• strong organizational skills and an independent work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, respecting diverse viewpoints.
• Experience in SAP and Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
