Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients for a variety of illnesses and injuries.
- Record patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions following company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to APRN staff and medical assistants.
- Offer policy direction on clinical best practices.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Care Point COO to ensure compliance with MIPS clinical standards.
- Work with the CEO and Care Point COO to achieve billing targets.
- Promote the effective use of the in-house pharmacy by all providers.
- Deliver direct patient care for at least 30 hours per week to meet medical billing objectives.
- Review charts of all providers to ensure adherence to AHCA requirements.
- Partner with the Care Point COO and CEO to ensure that all Care Point policies and practices comply with AHCA and other licensure standards.
- Prescribe, administer, and dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
