We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement operations within our electronics warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of electronic components, parts, and finished goods. This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and a deep understanding of supply chain management in the electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and inventory levels while ensuring product quality and availability.
  
  
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely deliveries.
  
  
• Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements that align with company objectives.
  
  
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  
  
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Cost Management: Analyze procurement costs and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and supply chain efficiency.
  
  
• Market Trends & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
  
  
• System & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance using ERP or inventory management systems.
