We’re currently hiring a Customer Service Specialist position with a mid-sized, fast-paced company that values teamwork, innovation, and exceptional service. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for overseeing the full customer order journey—from entry to invoicing—while working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, and other departments. Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and item information (master data) for efficient order processing and invoicing
- Process customer orders (via email, fax, EDI) including verifying order details (items, prices, quantities, delivery dates) to ensure accuracy.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, and follow through to resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounting, logistics, manufacturing, quality) regarding customer orders.
- Prepare monthly commission reports for brokers and submit for approval.
- Organize the shipment of samples according to instructions from the responsible Account Manager.
- Prepare necessary export documentation, including certificates.
- Support the collection of open accounts receivables.
- Archive related files and documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
