Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide insights into workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent management.
Assist in developing HR initiatives that support business growth and improve performance.
Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations issues, and conflict resolution.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.
Ensure that all HR processes are in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and implement recruitment strategies.
Guide and support employee development initiatives, including training programs, leadership development, and career progression.
Assist in identifying high-potential employees and developing succession planning strategies.
Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes.
Work with managers to set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Advise on addressing performance issues and recommend solutions to improve employee productivity and engagement.
Help design and implement incentive programs to motivate employees and align them with business goals.
