This role is responsible for developing and maintaining cost-effective processes for part manufacturing, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. The ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver with a proficient background in manufacturing processes and a passion for innovation and quality. Preferred Qualifications: 

• Background in fixture and tooling design for complex components
  
  
• Experience in a precision machine shop environment
  
  
• Knowledge of GibbsCAM, Esprit and/or Solid works software (Swiss or Milling preferred)
  
  
• Exposure to ISO 13485 standards
  
  
• LEAN / Six Sigma certification or training
