Responsibilities

All activities relating to the payment of vendors including but not limited to:
o Review invoices from vendors for accuracy and validity.
o Ensure proper approval and supporting documentation is in order and prepare
selection of invoices to be paid either by Check/ACH/Credit Card
o Validate, maintain, and update vendor profiles and preferred payment methods.
o Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain and prepare 1099’s recipients.
• Follow up on any unclaimed checks and preparing unclaimed property.
• Maintain monthly trending analysis.
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process as directed by the
Finance Manager.
o Gather necessary account information and supporting documentation for
external auditors.
