In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in supporting both executive and department operations. From managing travel logistics and handling expense reports to providing seamless logistical support for customer meetings and internal events, this role offers variety and responsibility. The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment, demonstrating both autonomy and efficiency.
salary: $28 - $31.48 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Part Time Administrative Assistant, job duties include:
- Coordinate and book all aspects of business travel including air travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Verify and process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and allocation of funds to the appropriate budget categories.
- Provide logistical support for both executive and non-executive customer meetings, including organizing catering, visitor system entry, gift preparation, private dinner accommodations, wifi access, and any necessary decor.
- Assist with various departmental tasks including project and event support, conference room bookings, supply ordering, shipping coordination, and site space management.
- 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting C-Suite Executives in a Global Organization.
- Ability to work 30 hours a week - 2 Days in office and 2 days remote.
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within a corporate or professional setting.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
