Our client is seeking a temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk for a contract assignment expected to last approximately six weeks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable, resolving billing discrepancies, and helping to reduce overall account delinquencies.

Responsibilities

• Reviews open accounts to initiate and support collection efforts.
• Places collection calls to secure payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Resolves client billing issues and works to reduce accounts receivable delinquency by providing effective and timely customer service.
• Collects payments in accordance with established due dates.
• Identifies issues contributing to past-due accounts and escalates concerns to management as needed.
• Oversees assigned accounts and regularly reviews aging reports to monitor account status.
• Establishes and negotiates payment arrangements to assist with account resolution..
