We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to support the human resources department with day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and providing a top-notch candidate experience.   Qualifications:

• Previous experience or internship in an HR or recruiting support role preferred
  
  
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  
  
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  
  

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing calendars
  
  
• Post job openings on various job boards and company platforms
  
  
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information
  
  
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further review
  
  
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate availability and interest
  
  
• Prepare candidate materials such as resumes, summaries, and interview feedback for hiring managers
  
  
• Provide general administrative support
