What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, travel, and meetings
- Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communication
- Create reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Organize and attend meetings, take notes, follow up on action items
- Support special projects, research, and executive initiatives
- Manage budgets, expenses, and administrative logistics
- 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar role (C-level support a plus)
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and collaboration tools
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate and plan executive meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs or background materials as needed.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and executive budgets.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Teams).
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
