salary: $55 - $57 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Material Approval Process (MAP) Specialist, job duties include:
- Oversee the submission and review of promotional and educational materials from the Marketing and Training departments, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines and comply with all relevant requirements.
- Manage and track multiple projects through the MAP review process using an electronic submission platform (such as Veeva Promo Mats or other similar systems).
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, including Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance.
- Act as a neutral facilitator in project negotiations, summarizing agreements, resolving conflicts, and driving progress across teams.
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical material routing and approval processes, specifically for promotional and educational materials.
- Proficiency with Veeva Promo Mats or other electronic workflow management systems is required.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Understanding of commercial print processes and fulfillment is a plus.
